Fee Schedule:

• One-Time Move-In, Move-Out, Design for First 30 Days Rental: Minimum $1,500.00
  (Plus applicable taxes)
  (Less Consultation Fee: $200.00)

• Deposit to Hold Date of Install: 50% of total staging cost (due with signed agreement)

• Additional Monthly Rental (if required): $1,500.00 per month
  (Additional monthly rental is based on the date of installation and must be paid at the start of each additional month.)

Payment Terms:

1. All fees listed above are exclusive of taxes.

2. The balance of the One-Time Move-In, Move-Out fee (less any deposits or consultation payments) is due on the Date of Install.

3. Payment Methods:
   Payments can be made online via E-Transfer or through our secure online payment portal (credit card payments accepted). A link to the payment portal will be provided with your invoice.

4. We also accept payments via cheque or cash, if preferred.

Installation & Access:

• The average staging installation time is 4-8 hours.

• Charmed Concepts personnel will require full access to the home and will have full design discretion during the installation process.

• Homeowners, pets, agents, sub-contractors, and/or painters must not be present at the time of staging installation to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

Rescheduling & Cancellations:

• A $150.00 rescheduling fee will apply if notice is provided less than 1 week before the scheduled installation date.

• A $400.00 rescheduling fee will apply if notice is provided less than 48 hours before the scheduled installation date.

Property & Damage:

• All furnishings, accessories, and artwork brought in for the purpose of staging are the property of Charmed Concepts (including window coverings and fixtures).

• In the event that any items are missing or damaged during the staging period, the undersigned agrees to pay the costs to repair or replace said items.

Staging Removal:

• A minimum one-week notice is required to schedule the removal of staging.

• Any nails, screws, or other methods used to install accessories, artwork, or fixtures will remain in place once the staging is removed.
